Responsibility
Being environmentally conscious goes way beyond strategic marketing ploys. We make a difference where the rubber hits the road. We are constantly evaluating the most current research and applying these new technologies to our environmental steward program.
People are becoming increasingly concerned about the effects of agricultural chemicals in our environment. This new level of awareness is a great thing. We have spent a great deal of time and energy investigating the pros and cons of certain types of chemical applications. As a result we have developed a program that is centered around soil and tissue injection techniques that virtually eliminate the release of chemical run off when applied responsibly.
A Global Perspective
The presence of invasive species such as the Emerald Ash Borer or the Asian Long Horned Beetle have demonstrated clearly and with disastrous result the detrimental impact that these new species have on our trees. We can no longer afford to just “let nature take its course”. Without the presence of the predators needed to keep these invasive species reduced to acceptable populations, the trees haven’t got a chance. When one considers the positive effect that saving sick trees has on the planet, the decision of whether or not one should use a targeted solution in a responsible manner is simple.
